The crack cake recipe is a delicious dessert that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth . To make this decadent treat, you will need a few simple ingredients and a lot of love. This crack cake recipe is one of my childrens favourites and perfect for movie night.

How to Prepare Crack cake

Ingredients:

 

 

    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 3.4 ounce vanilla pudding instant mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 3/4 cups water
    • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup white wine

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup white wine

 

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and make sure you grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. Start by combining flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract

  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  5. While the cake is baking, prepare the crack topping by melting butter in a saucepan and stirring white sugar , heavy cream, and vanilla extract
  6. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and immediately pour the crack topping over the hot cake. Allow the cake to cool before serving. The crack cake is best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
