Wow. I haven’t posted since May 21st! That’s over a month and the longest “break” I’ve ever taken.
So what have I been up to?
Oh fun stuff like trying to keep the kids busy while also trying not to lose my sanity.
Repainting bathrooms and trying to do long-past-overdue spring cleaning.
Trying to keep up with never ending laundry (even though the kids spend most of their days running around in bathing suits).
Trying new Pinterest recipes.
Drinking too much beer, eating crappy food, and totally falling off of the work out wagon even though I love the Revolt program SO much. More than I can describe. I miss Revolt and will be jumping back on board starting on Monday (famous last words!)
I’ll be honest and tell you that I have been thinking of closing up shop and not blogging anymore. Too much work, too much pressure, too much of a time suck.
But I am already missing it. So I made a deal with myself.
I am going to keep posting as often as I feel like it; not because I feel like I have to, but because I want to.
If I have something to share, I’ll post. If not, I won’t.
The kids are getting older and it’s getting harder and harder to spend so much time in front of the computer trying to “build my blog”. So I’m going back to the roots of this whole blog – documenting my children’s lives and just having fun with it.
Sounds like a good plan, right?
