Are you looking for tailgating food or having a Super Bowl party? I’ve got some great Super Bowl recipes that are easy to make and that will feed a crowd!
Tailgating & Super Bowl Recipes
This one is a crowd pleaser! We are attending two parties this weekend, and both friends asked me to bring my Jalapeno Popper Dip.
This tastes just like the real thing, only it’s made into a dip and much easier to prepare. It’s creamy, can be put into a crockpot and kept warm for hours, and is low calories (just kidding about that last part). It’s also not too spicy for the kids.
My sister’s Buffalo Chicken Dip is always a huge hit. This one is made in a crock pot and can be served with tortilla or potato chips…though my family is also known to dip veggies in it, too.
With only four ingredients, this one is also simple to make, and you can easily double (or triple!) the recipe. Not a fan of canned chicken? Simply substitute in cooked rotisserie chicken.
My Cream Cheese Dip with ham and green onions is one of my favorites. It’s baked in a sourdough bread bowl and the bread from the insides of the bowl are used to dip.
The best part of all is when the dip is gone, you can eat that yummy bread bowl…it’s the best part!
This one is baked in the oven and I haven’t come up with a good way to keep it warm. So eat this appetizer first.
Made with roast beef, horseradish cheddar cheese and pickles, these would be too good to pass up. And if you can’t find the cheese, I bet you could easily substitute regular cheddar cheese and spread some horseradish on the roast beef.
For the recipe and for a great post all about entertaining with appetizers, head over to Simply Charmed.
Another friend, Coreen, shared this recipe from epicurious.com for a Baked Crab Dip. And now I think I may have to make this recipe, too!
I love that at the end of this recipe, it includes “Skinny Dippers” like crostini, baked pita chips, baked wonton crisps, and baked potato chips. These would actually go great with all of these dip recipes.
I also have an board for Appetizers on Pinterest that has tons of great appetizer ideas.
How about some Jolly Rancher vodka shots to get things started? It’s easy to make, but you will want to make them the day before your party to make sure you have enough time to dissolve the candy into the vodka.
These fun chocolate pudding shots are simple to make and you can make so many different varieties of them. Instead of chocolate, try vanilla or your favorite pudding flavor.
On Sunday, I’ll be making chocolate cheesecake shots. I’m going to layer chocolate pudding and cheesecake pudding. I think these will be a hit!
Remember I mentioned my friend Laura over at Simply Charmed? She also has an awesome recipe called Cranberry Kick that I might have to make too.
If you are looking for more cocktail recipes, head over to One Martini at a Time where you will find more cocktail recipes than you can imagine. And my Beverages for Adults board on Pinterest has lots of ideas too.
Everybody loves cookie dough, so why not serve up a Cookie Dough Dip?
My recipe for Candy Popcorn (also lovingly referred to as White Trash Popcorn) is perfect for kids and adults alike. It will get devoured, so make sure to double up on this recipe!
These S’mores Cookie Bars are easy and inexpensive to make. And yes, they taste just like the real thing.
Instead of using graham crackers, you could also use any graham cookies you can find (like those little teddy bear cookies). No chocolate bars? Use chocolate chips instead. Mix it up and make it your own!
Dump Cake is also easy to make (you literally just dump the ingredients in a pan) and can feed a lot of people.
Or what about Browned Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies with Sea Salt? You will have no leftovers, trust me. And if you really, really, REALLY love chocolate, these Death by Chocolate Cookies will make your belly happy.
These 2 Ingredient, No Bake Oreo Truffles are so easy to make that they are a no-brainer when feeding a crowd. Make sure to double the recipe because they will go fast.
I’ve got a board dedicated to Desserts on Pinterest that will make your mouth water!
