Forget Elf on The Shelf! This Roaming Reindeer review will have you rushing to buy the kit this holiday season. Why? Because these guys don't move daily!

Now my kids love Elf on the Shelf, and we have had our elf Fred visiting for the past 3 years. I even have an Elf on the Shelf Pinterest board. The problem with the Elf is that you have to move it around. You have to remember to move it every.single.night. And that is why I pink puffy hear Roaming Reindeer…they don’t move every day!

Roaming Reindeer Review

Forget Elf on The Shelf! This Roaming Reindeer review will have you rushing to buy the kit this holiday season. Why? Because these guys don't move daily!

Roaming Reindeer is a Christmas tale about Gus and Sam, two reindeer who have gone on a mission to help Santa and his elves with the naughty and nice lists. There are so many names to go through that Santa needs some extra help. Santa sends the Roaming Reindeer off in pairs of two each year.

Once your pair get to your home, Reindeer 1 will disappear to tell Santa any time someone has been naughty. Reindeer 2 will always stick around to keep watch.  Then on Christmas Eve, the reindeer disappear to help Santa deliver the gifts.  They will return again next year during the Christmas season!

So put the reindeer in a main room where the family spends most of its time. You only have to move one reindeer when someone’s naughty. Simple!

If you purchase your own Roaming Reindeer, you will receive the book and reindeer in a keepsake box that also has directions and a some suggested activities that reward good behavior. And the kids also get to name your two reindeer! Mine have been thinking of names for a month now!

  1. I would like Roaming Reindeer for my home because I have a total of seven kids in my home on a regular basis. Three are mine and I have two nieces/two nephews that visit at least once a week. They would absolutely LOVE these guys! We haven’t gotten into Elf on the Shelf- I think this seems like a much more fun alternative!
