Monster Likes #44

It’s the weekend and you know what that means…it’s time for Monster Likes! What’s Monster Likes? I list my favorite selection of posts I found throughout bloggy land over the past week.

If one of your posts is listed below and you want the badge, just shoot me an email or leave me a comment and I’ll send you the badge to put on your post!

And now on to the good stuff….

We’ve all been there: we have agreed to do a product review for a product we realize we would never use or recommend. Fadra over at Social Dialect wrote a post about How To Review A Product You Don’t Like.

How many of us have said “I’m not blogging today” and then end up blogging? Well over at All Fooked Up, Sandra from Absolute Narcissism guest posted and wrote A Day In the Life of a Blogger and all about how not blogging rarely works out!

Over at inhabitat.com, there was a post called DIY: How to Make a Terrarium Christmas Ornanment…and they’re beautiful and easy to do!

ThetaMom wrote a post about When Blogging Becomes a Real Job, and it’s a must read.

At Babble, The Bloggess wrote a post called Santa cures assholes. How can you NOT support that? and it’s one of my favorite Christmas posts I’ve read all season!

The girls over at One Martini at a Time shared their recipe for White Chocolate Candy Cane Martinis. Yep, you read that right. And seriously, I cannot wait to try them out!

If you read my review of JibJab Books over at SmartMomPicks.com, I’ve got some exciting news about them: they now come with sound! If you aren’t familiar with JibJab, they are books that can be personalized with your child’s name and face. Not only do they now come with sound, but there are two holiday books worth checking out – “Snow Much Fun,” the featured monthly book, a story about a kid who takes his or her snowman on an awesome adventure & “Saving Christmas” tells the story of a child who needs to take Santa’s place delivering toys all over the world.

Thanks to Daily Buzz Moms for featuring my post Childhood Memories: Those Once A Year Movies as one of their daily Top 9 posts for Family and Traditions!

I had more posts to share, however my lovely daughter Lila was “helping” me work and deleted my entire post. I don’t even know how she did it. And it’s not in my trash so I really don’t know where it went. If I remember the other posts I had included, I’ll definitely add them in. In the meantime, enjoy these and tell me, what was your favorite post(s) of the week?
