Monster Likes #17

Photobucket

Every Saturday, it’s Monster Likes time! I list my favorite selection of posts I found throughout bloggy land over the past week.

If one of your posts is listed below and you want the badge, just shoot me an email or leave me a comment and I’ll send you the badge to put on your post!

And now on to the good stuff….

My friend Gigi at Kludgymom is always 100 steps ahead of me when it comes to blogging and technology. I have no idea how she keeps up with everything AND still finds time to have an awesome blog! Recently, she wrote a post about how to get your own QR Code -and once you see what it is, you will (probably) recognize seeing it before…even if you’re like me and had no idea what is was for! Go check it out and get one for yourself!

Ilana from Mommy Shorts wrote a post about a robbery she reported…one that I can relate to and many of you will too!

I’ve stalked Stacey from Tree, Root, and Twig since I first started blogging, and her post on why bloggers DON’T need a niche is why!

Do you read Sandra over at Absolutely Narcissism? She is HI-LAR-IOUS! Don’t believe me? Check out her post about her husban’ds dirty whore mistress…enough said.

Kelcey at The Mama Bird Diaries wrote about her beautiful babies growing up and about being “done making babies”…something that I can relate to. A chapter in our lives ending, and it’s bittersweet.

Jill from Single Mom on a Budget wrote a post about blogging hazards nobody warned her (us) about…it’s spot-on and you’ll love it!

Many of you know that I write for Babble.com, and so I wanted to share some of the posts that I thought you might get a kick out of from the past week:

Celeb moms celebrating Mother’s Day for the first time

Lara Logan talks publicly about her Cairo attack for the first and last time, and if you missed it, you can watch the video

Jesse James and his new memoir – seriously, I don’t think I could like this guy any less

Victoria Beckham’s $16,000+ nursery…really? What a waste!

The weird names celebs come up with for their kids

Enjoy your weekend and Happy Mother’s Day!
