Now that the girls are getting a little more independent and aren’t as much “work” as they were when they were babies, we are excited to try to go on a few family vacations this summer. If you remember our trip to the river last summer with the kids, you might think I’ve lost my mind completely. But time has a way of dimming even the worst memories, and so I’m willing to once again give it the good old college try.
So when I was contacted and asked if I’d like to review Mommy’s Medicine Cabinet, I thought it was the perfect item to take with us on our upcoming trips!
Designed by a mother of 3, the boutique-chic bag is full of just about every over-the-counter and first aid product you could possibly need in case of a minor emergency while on the go.
The bag I received contained: liquid antihistamine, hydrocortisone, acetaminophen chews, Digital thermometer with probe covers, children’s liquid ibuprofen, alcohol wipes, nasal saline, bandages, triple anti-bacterial ointment, petroleum jelly, and bee sting swaps.
What was cool about the bag, other than having every product I could need in one place, is that it was still big enough to put in additional products I might need (like sunblock), or my children’s medications.
The Mommy’s Medicine Cabinet website even allows you to purchase additional and refill products for your bag. You can also register your purchase to receive a FREE notification service for any product recall or expiration date. This ultimately gives busy parents important peace-of-mind that the products in the bag and still usable.
And if you reorder or make purchases throughout the year, you are eligible to receive discounts on your purchases! This would make an awesome gift for a mommy-to-be, and is a must have for families that travel often. I was even thinking of getting one to leave at my mom’s house just so we would always have whatever we needed there!
Good luck! I also have another giveaway going on today…click here for a chance to win a subscription of Dora the Explorer and Friends magazines for your children!
