A couple of weeks ago, I told you that I was one of 90 bloggers chosen to lose weight using the Shaklee 180 program. I started at the beginning of the week, and I’m feeling GREAT! I want to lose weight AND keep it off!
I have taken my before pictures, measurements and weight, as well as my body fat percentage. I will of course be sharing it with you as I travel down this road…probably I will post it at the end of the month so you can see what a difference a 30 days makes!
I’m hoping to get at least the same results I got when I tried the Brazil Butt Lift workout…I lost over 9 inches and almost 7 pounds in just a month. I’d be thrilled to do it lose it again! The difference this time is that I want to lose weight in a healthy way that will help me keep it off long term. It’s a lifestyle change this time, not a one month challenge.
So as I continue to work the program and workout, I’m excited to see the results. I already feel so much better than I have in quite awhile. I’m already happy with the changes taking place.
In the meantime, I wanted to share with you a little bit more about why I decided to commit myself to this program for 6 months. It’s a long time, and I think part of the reason I am doing it is because of the accountability and the fact that I don’t want to let Shaklee down by flaking out. So I needed this commitment to commit to myself.
