Why I Love Emeals

At the beginning of the month, I decided I was tired of trying to meal plan only to put together a half-assed list that was still missing things that I needed. And trying to come up with a variety of meals instead of the same old thing was really getting irritating. Enter eMeals.

Here’s how it works:

Sounds simple, right? It really is that simple! You just head over to eMeals, choose a meal plan based on your eating style, family size, and even your favorite grocery store. Don’t worry…you can check out sample menu plans before you make your selection so that you can see the variety of meals you’ll be making.

Then every week, your meal plan arrives in your inbox. The email contains your weekly dinner menus with matching grocery list. In just a few pages, you’ll get seven simple, family–friendly dinner recipes. Each meal includes not only the entrée, but side dishes, too.

At the end of the plan, you will find a detailed grocery list organized by section and coordinated with the weekly sales at selected stores.

Now what I love about this is that the recipes are good. REALLY good. In fact we have two new favorite staples at our house now!

The one thing I don’t like is that the meal menu can’t be changed other than if you do it yourself. Say it contains a meal or ingredient your family doesn’t like or can’t eat. You have to go through and revise the list yourself. Kind of a pain, but not a big enough deal to make me stop using it.

We are thinking of trying the Clean Eating plan soon. But there are so many other plans to choose from that I’m sure you’ll find one to suit your family’s tastes.

And now through February 10th, you can save 15% with code “NEWYEAR” on eMeals!

So head over now and sign up!
