Over at Moonfrye, I’m talking about postpartum depression because somebody has to! It’s still such a taboo topic and I think it’s important to share words about it. If you’ve experienced PPD, please leave a comment on my post there for others to read. Your experience will help a new mom feeling what you did.

I also shared a snapshot of Mia and her love of reading. Did you know you can share your snapshots as well? Head over to check out how to share your snapshots on Moonfrye.

I love, love, LOVE jalapeno poppers, so I shared a recipe for Jalapeno Popper Dip. It’s yummy and perfect for game day and the upcoming Super Bowl! And bonus: it’s much easier to make than stuffing a ton of jalapenos (but tastes just the same).

Everyday Family

Got a little one who doesn’t want to get rid of the binkie? I’m sharing Tips for Getting Rid of the Pacifier. I’d love to hear your suggestions too!

Chiquita Moms

Earlier this week, I wrote a post titled I AM SO TIRED OF YELLING. It resonated with so many moms! So over at Chiquita Moms, I wrote a post titled Some Days, I Feel Like a Bad Mom so that moms who don’t always love being a mom know that they aren’t alone in feeling that way.

And speaking of yelling, there are lots of moms out there that have the same problem that I do: they yell too much. Many moms asked me to share what I learned, and so I am planning on a follow up post next week, so stay tuned!

I’m also excited to share that one of my posts was featured in daily buzz moms Let’s Play Board Games edition! Head over and check out all of the great board games that are out there for those days you and the kids are trapped in the house.

I shared my outlook for the year, and it revolves around one word: happiness.

And here at Mommy of a Monster, you still have time to link up your “best of” or favorite posts of 2012!

For the last two years, I’ve ended the year with sharing my Favorite Posts Of The Year. Last year I did a link up so that all of you could share your favorite posts as well. I’m doing it again this year! So grab the button code in my side bar and link up!

There aren’t any rules – you can do what I’m going to do and share your favorite posts every month of the year or you can pick one post that was you feel was the most important one you wrote for the entire year. Or maybe you want to do it by categories: your funniest post of the year, the one that got the most comments, the one your readers liked most…or maybe it was a post written by somebody else. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just do it!

We survived Christmas! The Day After Christmas explains how we celebrated and how I always feel let down the day after.

And right here on Mommy of a Monster and Twins, I’ve got an awesome review coming up for a product you will definitely want – and it may be one of my favorite reviews ever.

Did you see my chocolate pudding shots recipe? These would be great to make for New Year’s Eve…and if you have leftover candy canes like I do, why not make some candy cane infused vodka? Jolly Rancher infused vodka is always a hit too! And if you are looking for appetizer ideas you can find lots of them here.
