I Want To Lose Weight With The Shakelee 180 Diet Plan

I_want_to_lose_weight It’s no secret that I want to lose weight…hell, I’ve written about it enough. I want to lose weight, you probably want to lose weight, and almost everybody I know does. And it still doesn’t make it any easier for  me to do it.

I’ve tried starving myself, eating only healthy (which to me means boring) foods, committed to doing the Brazil Butt Lift and posting before and after pictures in my bathing suit, and trying Cross Fit exercise. I failed miserably at my attempt to try the 7-day GM diet.

I’ve tried buying bigger jeans and squeezing into smaller ones.

And after it all, I still want to lose weight.They were all temporary fixes.

I’m one of those lucky girls that never had to worry about her weight…until I had the twins. I could eat and drink as much as I wanted, whenever I wanted, and always remained thin. I may not have been in good shape, but I could always throw a bathing suit on without worrying too much about what I looked like.

Then the twins were born, and my metabolism was shot. Now I’m in a really sucky situation because I don’t know how to eat healthy, I don’t want to eat healthy, I don’t no how to exercise properly, and I have ZERO willpower. And now? I want to lose weight but don’t know how.

I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!

I need a lifestyle change. I can’t just want to lose weight, I have to change my way of thinking about food and exercise. I know all of this in my head, but my head also has a way of twisting things and making me think that “I’ll start tomorrow (or Monday or next month)” sounds like a good plan.

A few months ago, I heard that Shaklee was looking for bloggers to try their 6 month Shaklee 180 diet plan. It’s designed to help you lose weight during the first three months and learn how to keep it off during the next three months. I’ll remove belly fat and learn about diet and healthy eating all at the same time. It was the lifestyle change I was looking for!

So I applied, and promptly forgot about it. Until last week. Last week, Shaklee announced their Shaklee 180 bloggers…and I was on the list! Out of more than 450+ bloggers that applied, only 90 of us were chosen. To say I am over the moon about this opportunity would be an understatement!

Over the next 6 months, I’ll be sharing with you my weight loss journey, introduce you to the Shaklee 180 diet plan, and Shaklee nutritional products.

People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180 Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. So I am hoping to lose about 15 pounds over the next three months.

This time, I am not committing to losing weight for just a month; I’m committing to losing it and keeping it off. I want to lose weight now and forever. I hope you’ll support me, and if you want to start this journey with me, you can check out the Shaklee 180 program to get started.
