Mimosas are always a hit at breakfast and brunch get togethers, and this is one of the best mimosa recipes I’ve tried! This cranberry mimosa is a perfect twist to a regular old mimosa. Make sure to use good champagne – I used Michelle Extra Dry – to really enhance the flavor!

It’s really easy to make. Mix up some cranberry juice, orange juice, and champagne and you’ve got a gorgeous looking mimosa. This recipe is perfect if you are mixing a batch up for the masses or if you are making just one or two.

If you are making just one or two, fill 1/3 of a champagne flute (or whatever glass you are using) with cranberry juice, top with another 1/3 or orange juice, and top off the rest of the glass with champagne.

If you are making it for the masses, follow the best mimosa recipe below:

The great thing about mimosas is that they are so versatile. You can add in any juices and still call it a champagne cocktail or mimosa. Mix it up and try a variety of juice combinations and feel free to share your best mimosa recipe.
